Future Leaders Development Program

Leadership is not about titles, it’s about a passion for excellence & making a difference, everyone can be a leader. CEvO's Future Leaders development is offered as internal corporate leadership certificate program(s); Level 1 and Level 2. Skills workshops can also be delivered individually. Workshops are formatted as either ½ day or multiple 1 ½ hour learning lunches/breakfasts. The design is 60% best-practice framework delivery, 40% experiential, collaborative group learning. To anchor & sustain learning, peer-mentoring accountability partners are setup to provide support between workshops.

CEvO's future leader's training and development programs are offered publicly, for any organization, and delivered privately. Training dates and skills programs will be coordinated specifically with each client. 

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT RATES & TERMS

 

The rates specified below are for group leadership and professional development training included in the Leadership Level 1 and Level 2 certification program which qualify for government funding. Customized leadership skills development will be quoted separately.

  • LEADERSHIP LEVEL 1 = 5 Leadership Behaviours + 3 Leadership Skills = 20 x 1.5 hour learning lunch workshops (30 hours total training time)

COST PER PERSON - Leadership Level 1 Certification Program (20 workshops/10 months)      $2,675 per person

CLIENT STAFF – TIME COMMITMENT

  1. Executive Introduction & Scheduling                                                2hrs

  2. Regional Facilitator Orientations (regional staff)                            2hrs / office

  3. Leadership & Skills Workshops (participants)                                 1.5hrs x 20 = 30hrs total training

  4. Leadership Certification Presentation                                              1.5hrs

  5. Executive Debrief & Reporting (sr. leadership)                               4hrs        

  • LEADERSHIP LEVEL 2 = 6 Leadership Skills = 20 x 1.5 hour learning lunch workshops (30 hours training)

COST PER PERSON - Leadership Level 2 Certification Program (20 workshops/10 months)      $2,675 per person

Costs are provided based on a minimum of 12 participants, on a per session basis and include planning, local travel, setup, take-down and client debriefing. The client will be responsible to provide a suitable facility, technology & printing support at their cost. Travel is above and beyond the monthly cost and will be paid by the client or charged at cost.

Training can also be provided on an ad-hoc individual course basis.
