He has a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in areas that include Strategy Development and Execution, Cultural Integration, Leadership Development, Operational Excellence and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) in both public and private company settings. With an abundance of acquisition and acquisition integration experience, John has a strong understanding of and a proven track record in advancing growth and value creation.

He has developed extensive experience through starting & growing several small businesses over the past twenty-eight years in the upstream, O&G, environmental and financial services industries. His varied and multi-industry experience makes him a considerable asset to any company requiring operational expertise, process optimization, leadership, strategy development and execution, business, financial, operational excellence, change management, human resources as well as health and safety policy and procedure development. He graduated with a B.Comm. in Finance from UBC.

As a results driven executive coach, he brings over 35 years of experience in key areas; Acquisitions/M&A, branding, PR, PR, sales, marketing, franchise systems, E-commerce strategies, venture & angel capital (finance strategies), pitch coaching, entrepreneurial coaching/mentoring, & customer experience/success / engagement strategies.
